This December, celebrate Christmas with the church families of Stevens Street Baptist Church and Cookeville First Baptist Church! Join us for a special Christmas worship service featuring the combined choirs, kids choirs, orchestras, and worship teams from both churches.

There are two opportunities to attend: Friday, December 13 at 6:00pm and Sunday, December 15 at 6:00pm. Both services will be in the worship center of Stevens Street Baptist Church, located at 327 W Stevens Street, Cookeville, TN. Seating is open so come a little early to hear some Christmas prelude music!

This year, we are collecting blankets for the Care Center, a ministry partner of Stevens Street, First Baptist, and other area churches that serves community members in need. If you are able, as you attend the event, please bring a new or gently used blanket to donate.

What can I expect at this service?

The service will last about an hour and 30 minutes, and will consist of great Christmas music led by a large combined choir and orchestra, readings from the Bible about the Christmas story, and congregational singing of familiar Christmas carols.

Will childcare be available?

There will be no childcare available, but kids are invited to attend and enjoy the service.

Are the two services the same?

Yes, both services are identical and will begin at 6:00pm.

I didn’t get a ticket. What can I do now?

We would love for you to join us virtually by watching the livestream of the event! You will find a link to that on this webpage on Dec. 13 and Dec. 15.

Why do I need to reserve tickets?

Seating is limited, so free tickets are available to help us spread out the crowd between the two services. Please plan to arrive early to secure your seat and enjoy some Christmas pre-service music from the combined orchestra. You can reserve free tickets here.
