Lee Bailey

Executive Pastor

Lee Bailey has served as executive pastor since 2009. After working for 15 years in the banking industry, he left the secular world to enter into full-time ministry is 2005. Lee graduated from Carson-Newman University and earned his masters degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Lee and his wife JoAnne have been married for 26 years and have four teenage children, Max, Levi, Emma and Audrey. Lee and his family love to create traditions and share adventures.
